The food parcels project aims to provide assistance to individuals and families who suffer from food insecurity. The project includes distributing food parcels to the needy in order to meet their basic needs. This is done after careful selection of the contents of each parcel carefully to ensure the provision of a balanced and nutritious diet. Food parcels include integrated items of high nutritional value that cover the living needs of Palestinian families. One food parcel contains the following items: Egyptian rice, quantity: 5 kg. Flour, quantity: 5 kg Sugar, quantity: 2 kg Tea, quantity: 500 grams Corn oil, quantity: 3 liters. Brown lentils, quantity: 2 kg Red lentils, quantity: 2 kg Tomato sauce, quantity: 550 grams White kidney beans, quantity: 1 kg Beans, quantity: 1 kg The food parcels project plays an important role in providing food security for the poor and most needy Palestinian families, ensuring that they all have access to healthy and nutritious food, in addition to alleviating the financial burden that many families suffer from in order to provide for a living, in light of the poor economic situation and the high prices.
